Line of Sight

For Episode 51 of Line of Sight, Jaden goes solo and embarks on a tour of all the proposed Tharn CID changes with his thoughts on them, what he'd like to see in addition, and weighing in on some sweet first take interactions he sees in the CID proposals.

After a couple week break, our hosts are back for episode 50 of Line of Sight! It's news for days as we go over all the exciting new things unveiled at Lock and Load 2018, and then we spend some time discussing our adventures in Seattle over the awesome Lock and Load weekend!

On episode 49 of Line of Sight, the whole crew is here alongside our guest Tseung Tsu to talk a bit about our games at the Rocky Mountain Rumble this year in Colorado! If you want to hear about a bunch of great Protectorate of Menoth and Convergence of Cyriss games, you've got them right here! Stay tuned for episode 50, as we are in the home stretch of prep for Lock and Load 2018!

On our 47th episode of Line of Sight, Chandler and Bret leap in on this week's subject on learning from mistakes. We go over a bit about talking with your opponents after games, the difference between recognizing tactical and strategic mistakes, and what things you can do try not to make those mistakes in the future.

On episode 46 of Line of Sight, Jaden takes over, joined by Cory Doyle and Chris Dancocks, to talk about their experiences at the recent Seattle Open 2018 while Bret is out at Warmachine stuff and Chandler is wrapped up in a blanket feeling like he made some mistakes. With any luck we'll all be back on for episode 47 next week, so stay tuned!

On Episode 45 of Line of Sight, we bring on guest host Jason Lang to talk a bit about this weeks big announcement: the Line of Sight team is officially taking over the reigns, with the help of the team that has run it for years, of Battlecollege.org. For more information on the announcement, have a listen! We will be posting the actual URL to the new site when it is ready, but wanted to get this off our chest now. Then we talk about a topic close to Jaden's heart this weekend; heading to a tournament or convention when you have little to no prep or practice.

The Exemplar CID is here for episode number 44 of Line of Sight! If you ever wanted to hear Chandler and Jaden ramble on about Protectorate goodness for an hour and a half, you've come to the right place. We go through the PDF of changes dropped on the first day of the Exemplar CID, giving first impressions, ideas of where things might (or might not) fit in the faction, and just generally get hyped for the weeks of testing to come.

Warmachine at its core is a social game, and with that comes a vast and great community of people around the world. By interfacing with that community, you can find friends all over the planet; wherever you go you can find a game and some people with similar interests. Navigating all that crazy social media can be daunting though, with all the pitfalls of any online community apparent and a massive amount of information both useful and.... not. On episode 43 of Line of Sight, our three hosts talk about Warmachine social media, where to find it, and how to survive your foray into the masses.

Episode 42 of Line of Sight really is the answer to life, the universe, and

how to examine, identify, and create "dark horse" style lists and pairings.

We've got all three hosts on for this one, and if you ever wanted to play

around with something a bit off the beaten path and aren't sure if it's

just cute or a real dark horse, come have a listen! Our rule of the week

(or month? They're sporadic...) is how to handle yourself or your opponent

not knowing what your models do. Stay tuned for next week!
