Christ in His first coming to Earth, was a kind lamb or sacrifice, for the sins of all mankind starting with the Jewish nation. Jesus' second coming will be different. He is coming soon to crush evil forces like grapes.

Israel and Judah became two separate nations because of Solomon's sins. The northern ten tribes became Israel while the southern three became the nation of Judah. Note II Kings 14: 8-9 the two nations are at war with each other. How did Jeroboam curse the northern ten?

When examining the end of age prophesies, one sees only the kings of the North and South dominating the world, especially the Middle East. Modern day Israel is no longer dominant in this area in the end times as they are currently. Clearly America does not have global hegemony any longer at the end. Why? Unless Israelite nations repent sufficiently disaster could await them at the end of this age. How did Judah fall in the past? This could be a clue for the end times conditions and fall of the U.S. as well.

Remember Christ is the Only One whose opinion counts, period. A congregation may perceive themselves as spiritual. But only Jesus' evaluation is of consequence. Note that Jesus is the true witness who faithfully reports on the real conditions of the churches.

One critical example is the struggle to maintain true leadership in Corinth. In order to fully understand the books of Corinth in the Bible, one must better see the full context. Because of false apostles that crept in after Paul's departure, he is forced to defend his authority to lead. One will more fully benefit from and understand II Corinthians when seen in this context. They challenge whether he is a real apostle and his veracity regarding missed visits. Paul begins with saying he somewhat regrets having to send strong letters of reprimand.

Paul's epistles in their greetings and acknowledgments do not put the Holy Spirit on a par with God the Father and God the Son, Jesus Christ. Note Paul acknowledges the Father and Christ. This same pattern exists EVERYWHERE. If the Holy Spirit is equal to the other two members of the God family why is it being over-Looked? The obvious answer is that as great and powerful as God's Holy Spirit is, it IS not on the same level as members of the God Family. Peter also continues the same pattern.
