In this episode, Aly continues her quest to present how powerful music can be for the heart.

Acting as part two of a three-part intro series where she discusses the stages of grief through music, Aly moves on to the "anger" and "depression" points of the grief model. Using the Bad Omens song "Specter" as a guiding point this time, she gives some background on the band, presents an in-depth analysis of the song (and the social media-released shorts associated with it), and shares personal stories about how the song helped her through this portion of grief.

Aly also welcomes a new segment towards the end of the episode, entitled "The Audio Archives."
