No More Reservations
* That deck assembly line was neat to see.
* Expected ship date is 1-2 weeks.
* That’s good news. We weren’t expecting this until sometime this year
* They are saying that if demand really spikes they might have to go back to reservations
* They also claim in the video that the number of reservations has actually been increasing the whole time.
* So that’s impressive.
* Also, they have Yuzu on one of the screenshots.
* People on Twitter have been losing their shit.
Deck Dock
* $90 is not bad at all.
* Still not a fan of the charging wire.
* It is a wee pricy for a usb 3 dock. Not by much though. Having both DP and HDMI is nice though
* Compared to the Dell WD* series of docks, $90 is damn cheap.
Video Deck
* Someone please make their deck boot up with the spinning Bill Nye head
* If only plymouth were that easy *hint hint*
* They did the big beta round-up as well, so now you have everything from the previous betas available in Stable.
* The 5GHz bug is back, and disabling Wi-Fi power management in the dev menu still solves it.
Steam: New Games
Quaver
* It’s an open source rhythm game
* I don’t know what the genre is called but I have seen arcade cabinets for it
* No link to GitHub/gitlab in the steam description
* https://github.com/Quaver/Quaver
Steam: Game Updates
Rust Proton update
* Can’t add EAC to proton for a good reason.
* They are worried about that little startup Epic not having the resources to support another game.
* All of you naysayers claiming Facepunch studios thinks their customers are a bunch of glue stick munchi...
