Aurora Workman and Lynnda Nadien talk with David Sherwin, who currently works in the insurance industry after leaving a radio career more than 10 years ago. David once worked at Party 105.3 on Long Island with Vic Latino. At Nassau Community College, David was able to hone in on his strengths and weaknesses and is now a successful businessman.

Aurora Workman and Lynnda Nadien talk with Cassandra Mehu, a Pre-K teacher in Uniondale for over 6 years. She speaks three languages and has written a children's book called "Pablo In The City" and plans to work towards publication. She is currently pursuing an advanced degree in school district leadership at Adelphi University, but started her educational journey at Nassau Community College.

Aurora Workman and Lynnda Nadien talk with Yvette Vega, Director of Public Relations at FDA-approved Neurobehavioral Research Inc. She oversees community outreach, networking with referring institutions, developing strategic partnerships to negotiate contracts, train staff on protocols and build relationships to organize services. She is also a certified aerobics instructor and independent fitness instructor.

Aurora Workman and Lynnda Nadien talk to Kendra Jaffe, a volunteer who assists with several Long Island organizations. Her educational journey began at Nassau Community College.

Aurora Workman and Lynnda Nadien talk with Lonny Thomas, NCC Class of 2010. Lonny received his Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, and attended medical billing school and completed an internship with a physical therapist. Lonny currently works for the Uniondale School District as a custodian. He has great passion for music, and creates his own music in his own home studio.
