In preparation for Mardi Gras, Liz talks to Lindsey Phillips, a documentary filmmaker based in New Orleans. She recently released The Exceptionally Extraordinary Emporium, a short film about Jefferson Variety, a family-run costume supply superstore in New Orleans. She and Liz talk about creative self-expression in costuming, dream projects and their costume plans for Mardi Gras.
