Among many other things, Chris is a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist, Sexual Assault Victim Advocate and Response Coordinator, 10-time 50K Ultramarathon Finisher, and Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor.

After falling victim to alcohol abuse early in his life, Chris has spent the last 14 years in sobriety and recovery. He has worked diligently to change his life around, and is now an avid enthusiast of wellness practices that helped him accomplish this, such as meditation, mindfulness, exercise, and connecting with nature.
