9 years ago, Craig was sentenced to 2 years of Federal Prison and 3 years of Supervised Release after exploiting the warranty policy of one of the largest tech companies in the world. Meet Joel callsign "Thor" Neeb

As an F-15 pilot, Thor escorted the U.S. President through the sky and flew missions to ensure the safety of the country after the attacks of 9/11. He was the tactical leader of 300 of the most senior combat pilots in the Air Force and he oversaw the execution of a $150M/year flight program.

In 2010, Thor was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer and given about a 15% chance to live.

Joel survived.

Today as CEO of Afterburner, Thor leads a team of more than 70 elite military professionals who help achieve strategic objectives and foster elite teams for Fortune 100 companies within the tech industry, pharmaceuticals, finance, medical devices, retail apparel and several NFL teams.

On this episode, Joel talks with Dale about his journey to be a F-15 pilot, surviving stage IV cancer after being given 18 months to live, business leadership today, and Joel's 3 C's for success in life…

Mike has served in the United States Army for 23 Years. 16 years of which was in Special Operations, specifically the 75th Ranger Regiment. 14 Deployments with this amazing unit. He was the 33rd Regimental of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment and currently serving as 1st Security Forces Assistance Brigade’s Command Sgt Major at Fort Benning, GA. Mike has his master’s degree in organizational leadership from Excelsior College. About the book:

Man's Search for Meaning has riveted generations of readers with its descriptions of life in Nazi death camps and its lessons for spiritual survival.  Between 1942 and 1945 psychiatrist Viktor Frankl labored in four different camps, including Auschwitz, while his parents, brother, and pregnant wife perished.  Based on his own experience and the stories of his many patients, Frankl argues that we cannot avoid suffering but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.  Frankl's theory, known as logotherapy, from the Greek word logos ("meaning"), holds that our primary drive in life is not pleasure, as Freud maintained, but the discovery and pursuit of what we personally find meaningful.  In the decades since its first publication, Man's Search for Meaning has become one of the most influential books in America; it continues to inspire us all to find significance in the very act of living.

Matt “Coach” Hanna is a proud product of public schools, who went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University in 2002. There, he served as captain of the men’s lacrosse team, competing in two NCAA Tournaments. Then, after a distinguished career in Major League Lacrosse, Hanna spent a decade in the education field as an admissions director and history teacher before creating his non-profit organization Next One Up.  Next One Up engages and serves young men ages 13-25 from some of the toughest ZIP codes in Baltimore, but share a similar purpose; accepting that the hill that must be climbed.  Matt and his team provide long-term mentoring and coaching to these young men in the classroom and on the field.

Dr. Jerome Craig was born and raised in South Africa and immigrated to the US as a high-schooler in 1987.

Dr. Craig is an Undergrad at Humboldt State University ~ California B.A. in studio arts.  He has spent most of his academic and professional life studying various aspects of human health – as a personal trainer and massage therapist, a doctor of chiropractic, a college instructor of Pathology and Anatomy and Physiology, and in a Functional Nutrition program teaching the "bio-science of nutrition".

For the past 7 years he has practiced as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.

Today, Dr. Craig serves others as a Certified High Performance Coach.
