Hello Groovers,

Last week, on the 20th anniversary of their marriage, two beautiful people celebrated that their loving union is now legally recognised in Australia…. by getting married (again)! I was so happy to celebrate with my very dear friends, and even spin some marvellous tunes. Tonight in the Liquid Sunshine Radio Show I will revisited some of the tunes. Expect the best disco stompers from the Salsoul Rainbow and Glitterbox Recordings.

From time to time Liquid Sunshine is invited to do a guest radio show, and WorldVibe is certainly one of our favourite shows to do. WorldVibe is a show on Artsound FM playing (surprise) world music. And we dig deep, bringing you obscure funky world tunes.

This is the Sooper Dooper Music Mega Mix of the Teddy Pendergrass show. One and a half hours of sweet soul and banging disco floor fillers.

Good times!

Sweet Soul Disco Banger! That's the best desprition for Teddy Pendergrass, who deserves more recognition than he gets. He had an amazing career in the 70s based on seductive soul, combined with dancefloor killers. This week in the Liquid Sunshine discotheque we're delving deep in the back catalogue of Teddy Pendergrass and associated acts like Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes and The Caddilacs.
