Today I’m updating you about my sleep and balance. Have been feeling great in the last couple of days. I manage to finish more with less worry. Sleep = King.

This week I’m focusing on having a great balance, sleeping GREAT and working on what’s most important. Already feeling so much better (:

Today I had a good, busy day. Did two painting lessons and a live painting demo for a Facebook group. Plus - working on a very special YouTube video I can’t wait to share with you.

Today I want to share some thoughts regarding hard work and how most people really underestimate the amount of it that it takes to become successful.

Today we’re talking about painting alla-prima, painting large in watercolor and a bad day at the art fair.

Today I’m remembering a time when I was a real one track mind, focusing on one task at a time and doing less. Trying to figure out how I can incorporate some of that relaxation with today’s workload 😂
