I’ve had a little bit of a shift of my idea of self help and here’s why

I was thankful to have my good friend Adrian Berumen on Listen Chica's 12th podcast episode! We talked politics, cancel culture, and social norms placed on men .

This 10th episode covers how to get comfortable with difficult conversations. I start off with the background of my struggles in this area and spoke about 3 points that helped me overcome it.

I have answered three questions that I received from my lovely supporters into one podcast episode! The three questions were What are ways to express your feelings in a healthy way? How to maintain peace with the future being unknown? How to deal with breakups?

In this episode I will be speaking on the importance on putting a stop to the lies you tell yourself. Everyone has areas in their life that they have to work through and I speak on personal experiences that I learned from.
