A few weeks ago, Heather posted a Twitter conversation thread to her Facebook page that was an interaction between three individuals discussing the difference between the concept of "real talk" found within the black community and the communication styles found in WASP culture. This post lead to many great discussions about how these differences impact equity in workplaces and social spaces.

In this week's episode, we are discussing a post that you may have seen in our In Purpose Leaders Forum on Facebook.  Delaney posted a sentence starter "I can't be racist because..." and asked people to finish the sentence with phrases our members had heard from people in their lives.  As I read the comments, I was laughing until I realized how seriously people were responding to this.
