How to Be Positive is Positively a Winner!
How to Be Positive is an excellent resource for anyone. I am generally a positive person, but this book was a wonderful reminder of how important it is to be positive. I know first hand that staying positive can help your health, your relationships and your pocketbook!
How to Be Positive explains how powerful thoughts can be. What I found most helpful in this book was the numerous strategies it details on how to become positive and remain positive even in difficult situations. I personally love the chapters on the 30 Day Challenge and Immersing Yourself in Positivity.
I felt more positive just reading this book! I look forward to adding the many strategies in this book into my life. I highly recommend this book.
Attitude can Make or Break You
This new series written by Paula Seymour is one of the best tonics for the self transformation I have ever seen. I consider myself to be very positive, but this book really gave me things to think about. I always try to find the positive rather that the negative about situations and people. Love the people who are so negative they make your teeth itch. That will me a difficult one for me.
I promise myself I will try the 30 challenge to improve my attitude even more. I will smile when I really don't want to and I will think positive thoughts. I will make Paula's grandmother proud by having an attitude adjustment when negative thoughts and actions happen as they always do.
Thank you Paula so the inspiration book. Yes I will be more thankful for my beautiful life.
Know better, be better (do better, have better)
By using an example to illustrate "Is Your Glass Half Full or Half Empty?", the author makes a valid case that your attitude does affect your life, and that thoughts have power! ... and all this started with her need to transform herself, physically (by about 100 lbs), mentally, emotionally & spiritually
Being of a spiritual nature myself, I resonated with Seymour's emphasis on turning off the idiot box, and immersing yourself in the regular practice of gratitude, prayer, positivity & exercise to change how you feel about yourself, and therefore, the light that you shine into the world outside.
Look forward to the rest of your books!
Some interesting new techniques here...
Generally I am a very positive person: I see the glass half-full, I focus on solutions and will cheer for someone who is successful. However there are moments when I can get very negative and this ebook will help me tackle those mood swings. Paula made me see that negative thinking will only get me negative results, while positive thinking attracts success.
