A woman's body arrives in the hospital and she is pronounced dead. Chloroform is the product she has been inhaling. With no ID and no reports of a missing person it appears to be a suicide.

A small grocery store has some checks stolen from the back of their book. 14 checks. 7 have already been cashed by various stores around town. It appears as though the check thief has stolen an ID from a dead man.

Argh! Another sound flip-flop

While the story is good it is difficult to track the story when the sound jumps to a different part and then back. A young man comes in and talks to Friday and Smith about a camping trip where Mexican horsemen ride into camp and cause a ruckus.

Two Marines go AWOL

Any additional comments?

After a 48 hours pass two Marines fail to return to duty. Many more days go by and the Marines are found but they are very ill. A man from the Marines gets Friday and Smith involved with the poisoning if the two Marines. Good sound quality.

Heroin for sale...

Sad addiction stories from many years ago. People say times change, I think they should listen to these Dragnet stories. Times haven't changed. People continue to do stupid things. Good sound quality and narration.
