A helpful read for someone starting a business

A good walk thru for starting your own business with little knowledge of the proper steps.

Decent, not earth shattering

Packed quite a bit of information into an hour but most of it was very general. Goes through all the steps from conception to maintaining and marketing a business and while there were a couple things that were helpful to consider most of it seemed to be

common sense. Worth the hour though.

It is just basically an outline of the obvious stuff. No insights. No help. Worthless.

Concise material, but one of the books is too dry and monotonous

ITIL book s hard to listen as it is read quite monotonously almost robot-like. ITSM while written in a similar style is narrated much more brightly and has a lot of examples and not only theoretical material. This made this book easy to listen and I retained more information as a result. However the books compliment each other very well. So overall is a the value for the money and time is good.

it's really don't focus on giving great details

it only talked more on ITSM.... not really recommended for the ITIL exam.

Author does a good job of showing the impact of communication and collaboration with any organization. Light read a good book for a junior manager or employee. A good reminder to us veterans as well.

Failing greatly

This Instaread boiled down this dense non-fiction book into 10 key takeaways or the highlight reel. What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Better writing. This "book" is a summary that sounds like it was written by a couple of high school students. There were grammar issues and it was poorly written.I gave up on listening to it halfway through.

The book is so condensed it it hard to follow. It skips back and forth and at time I thought I had missed something, but no, that's just how disjointed it is. Useless. I would like to have my money back on this one. It was a waste.
