Change can be difficult, but it's possible through systematic steps....
This book provides framework of "Happy Habits" that is easily done by anyone and then Vicki Morris provides you snap-in "habits" that you can focus on throughout your day, week or year.
I enjoyed the author's discussion of the Happy Habits framework that is an offshoot of a famous researcher, Dr. BJ Fogg, who believes that change can happen in three steps, The examples were good and most of the min-habits were doable, although some of them needed further explanations or simply didn't work in the month I tried them.
If you change even one habit through using this book though, it is totally worth it. I recommend you put the method into practice in your life and see about how your life will change for the better.
