Shalinee Srivastava Sharma is an experienced social worker with over 13 years of dedicated service to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) in schools and hospitals. Appointed by the Department of Education, she currently works as a social worker in a government school in Delhi.
Holding a Master’s degree in Business Economics, Shalinee’s professional journey includes roles with a chartered accountancy firm and Indiabulls before she transitioned to the social sector.
Born in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, and raised in Bathinda and Nangal (Bhakra Nangal Dam), Punjab, she spent three years in Chandigarh for work before settling in Delhi, where she has lived for the past two decades. Known for her compassion, curiosity, and commitment to meaningful change, Shalinee continues to work towards creating a positive impact in the community.
