We discuss Firekeeper's Daughter by Angeline Boulley. We chat about the masterful writing of this book and how much we enjoyed getting to learn about Indigenous People's customs and rituals.

We discuss "Fangirl" by Rainbow Rowell.  Erica has an encounter with her past self.  We reminisce about our memories of our own fandoms and all the midnight releases we've attended.  

We discuss "With the Fire On High" by Elizabeth Acevedo, Erica's second NaNoWriMo pick.  Erica makes risotto.  We talk about plot structure and enjoy just rooting for a character.  We get hungry.

We're kicking off season five with The Night Circus, by Erin Morgenstern.  It's Erica's favorite book of all time, so be prepared for some fangirling.  We chat about star-crossed lovers and our favorite parts of the circus.
