Being hard, bitter, sour are not signs of ripe fruit. Nor are they signs of a ripe human being. The riper we get the softer and sweeter we become. We learn simple lessons that make life sweeter for ourselves and everyone around us.

If you haven’t come to the place where you can allow people to speak into your life without having to defend yourself the door to transformation remains closed to you. Self-justification and self-defense are children of self-love.

Gurdjieff talked about the terror of the situation. For a long time these are only words. There is a time for being terrified, not for everyone, but for those who apply the ideas to themselves.

Who is it causing all these little ones to stumble and go astray and what can we do about it?

There may be more to being faithful than it first appears to us in an outer, life way.

No one wants to be conned yet everyone seems to want something for nothing.

A person may appear calm and collected on the outside while having a very busy mind.

Getting forgiveness isn't as important as one might think. It may be much more dangerous though.

How can one meditate and not change their thoughts and attitudes about themselves, life and others?
