Leading doesn't mean you lead only when you have a position of authority or when it's convenient.  Leading is by taking playground duty and lunch duty, not out of obligation, out of devotion!  Understand the lies that we have learned about leadership and why it is important to Lead In Everything.

There are no two excellent days of leadership/teaching/coaching back to back.
