The girls are back in a Friends-inspired title episode to talk about the oh so sensitive topic of eating disorders, which Emma & Hanah both openly are in recovery from. They introduce guest Tammy, a licensed psychologist who specializes in the area, to really get down to ED causes, coping mechanisms, and solutions. The TCT believes that taboo topics need to be discussed in an open and safe environment, but warn that it could be a trigger warning for those in the throes of their own eating disorder journey. They encourage such listeners to seek professional help and to not despair; there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

Step aside, monarchs, the Queens have arrived! This week, the TCT welcomes guest podder Megan Shahroozi, host of the podcast Meg in the Morning, to dig into the juicy details surrounding the Harry and Meghan Oprah interview, as well as the girls' thoughts on the Britney conservatorship scandal.
