Hi everyone! We're Literary Therapy!

To kick things off with a quick overview on us, we are 3 women who have come together as friends over a shared love of books and fictional characters. We have found that our constant ‘Book Talk’ has become part of our own version of self-care and ‘literary therapy’.  And hopefully, tuning into our podcast will become part of yours.

We tend to love books in the fantasy realm, stories that feature romance and some action along with a bit of mystery.
