This week we’re reflecting on two very different experiences that gave us very similar take-aways. Sue Ellen hosted a workshop to remember the ancestors and Savanna attended a workshop on pelvic and womb care.. We both walked away with the lesson that it all comes back to again and again, remembering to love. If you can listen with love you’ll hear the yes when you need to and trust the no’s when they arise.

This ones for all you poetry lovers and history buffs! Sue Ellen joins her dear friend Donna Kerr to dive into the history of William and Dorothy Wordsworth and the impact they had on modern poetry. Dorothy was another woman who was a great influence behind a well known man and we think her story deserves to be told!
