Clare became vegan 2 years ago and decided to share her vegan eating experiences through her social media and since then she’s blown up in the vegan world, inspiring many by posting exciting meals she makes and that she eats in cafes and restaurants, resulting in the Evening Standard naming her one of the best foodies to follow in Instagram.

We talk about the ethics of becoming vegan, has it gotten easier to become vegan, and why we still eat meat despite the evidence suggesting we shouldn't?
