First episode in 2 years! In this episode I go over how overthinking stopped me from recording and what things I have done to help with overthinking.

Late at night is the only time I get to record as of right now, so if I sound kind of drowsy and not so energetic that is my reason. But I hope you are patient with me and that I am still helping you in any way.

I will admit, I was a scaredy-cat when I first started this episode and it caused me to not be my best self in the past episodes. So, here’s a re-introduction.
