LITTLE Point of View

First episode in 2 years! In this episode I go over how overthinking stopped me from recording and what things I have done to help with overthinking.

Late at night is the only time I get to record as of right now, so if I sound kind of drowsy and not so energetic that is my reason. But I hope you are patient with me and that I am still helping you in any way.

Ahh my allergies got me speaking so weird! But nonetheless I’m back! And with a whole new mindset. I’m starting over again and coming back with some new heat. Hope you enjoy this episode.

I will admit, I was a scaredy-cat when I first started this episode and it caused me to not be my best self in the past episodes. So, here’s a re-introduction.

Be present, be “woke”, it definitely helped me get out my head and appreciate the beautiful world around us.

I was outside journaling and this all came to me, so I took out my phone and spoke away. it is very raw lol.
