Bes is a twenty-something trying to make it as a singer in NY. The odds are stacked against her between work, family, and the stage-fright she deals with when performing. The first episode is not too elaborate, with only a few characters (and dogs) of focus, but it does present a foundation for what could be a decent story of growth. Click to hear the full review.
