  • Ep. 27 - ADHD & mental clarity

Happy Aloha Friday friends! We're back with another episode in the umbrella of 'spring refreshing' for the month of March. Today we talked all about ADHD and how to help your brain function a little better with so much going on in life. Signs of mental overload and some solutions we have found that help us. Running businesses, parenting, juggling life in general is a lot to think about and manage every day! We are all just doing our best with what we know.

Whether it's medication, diet/lifestyle changes, journaling, meditation, etc. what helps you stay focused and on track with your goals??

Have a great weekend! See you next time. XO Liv

  • Ep. 26 - Energy & Joy Audit

Happy Aloha Friday my friends! For our second episode of the spring refresh topic of the month, I did a solo.

What is bringing me joy? What isn't? Let's get rid of those ones.

What is bringing me energy? What isn't? Let's do more of the things that make us happy and energized! But first we have to discover and uncover the things that make us feel this way. Do a little self digging and get in tune with your mind/body/soul connection. Life is short, so let's live it up for real. The days are long but the years go by fast and I don't want to look back on my life wishing I did more of the things I love!

Hope you have a great weekend and see you next week :).

  • Ep. 25 - Spring refresh - home edition

Happy Aloha Friday everyone! It's a new month, so that means new topic!! March is the month of spring cleaning, organizing, decluttering in all areas of our lives. In this episode I interviewed my cousin and best friend Lacey about all things ~spring cleaning in the home~. We chatted about ways to make your home cozier, trends vs. timeless pieces, laundry scents, cordless vacuums, and storage solutions. I'm excited for this month to be able to apply what I am learning to clean and organize my home! I hope it inspires you to do the same.

Go follow Lacey on instagram @thebeaushow!

Here is the link to the cordless vacuum and the hypochlorus acid spray we were talking about!

  • Ep. 23 - Romanticize your life on a budget

Find the joy and beauty in all the small moments that can start to seem mundane in the day to day. Cooking dinner, showering, doing your skincare. Making routines and rituals throughout your day make it feel more productive and structured! I am obsessed with habit stacking, especially with the things that don't excite me but must be done (cleaning).

Life is expensive these days! We need to stick together and share the small simple and affordable ways to still make our lives feel luxurious and full.

Hope you all have the best Valentine's Day and don't forget that love is abundant and meant to be shared. XOXO love you.

Leave a review and send a screenshot and I'll pick a winner every week this month to send some $ for a drink on me. :)
