For this episode I'm joined by entrepreneur, self-healing coach, and author, Chris Terzakos, who discusses his thoughts on how to live a fuller and healthier life.
Chris’s published books include: ‘Hernia Without Surgery’, ‘Natural Testosterone After 60’ and ‘Belonging to Yourself’.
Chris was born and raised in New York and spent over 35 years in leadership roles helping and mentoring people in the business world associated with unions and organizing their members. Chris worked on several high-profile projects building airport terminals and the largest casino in the United States.
After losing loved ones and several relationships, Chris finally realized that he needed a shift that would change the relationship he had with himself, which we’ll talk about a little later.
Today, Chris dedicates his life to self-healing and self-growth by connecting to his own natural wisdom, being open to learning, and connecting genuinely with others with the intention of improving their lives.
