Bre Bondurant 6/29/22 Throughout our current sermon series there has been a common thread of “how we can engage with people that may think or live differently than we do?” In today’s devotional Bre leads us through the 145th Psalm, and a time of contemplation and prayer on that topic. The 145th Psalm includes awesome reminders of how great God is, and how WE, as part of His creation, and as followers of Him, should praise him, individually and in community. It reminds to us to speak of His goodness, to tell others about all He has done, so they too can experience his compassion, care and faithfulness.

Bre Bondurant 6/23/22 This week we read through the 139th Psalm. This particular Psalm speaks of the care that God has for every one of us, and how well he knows every little thing about us throughout our time in our Mother’s womb and then continuing through our time here on Earth. It reminds us that God considers every one of us to be precious, so much so that He knows every one of our thoughts and actions. This Psalm reminds us that we must treasure God’s thoughts, words and actions as well.

Bre Bondurant 6/15/22 This week Bre leads us through the 51st Psalm. This is a Psalm of David, and was written following a confrontation between the prophet Nathan and King David, in which Nathan condemned David for the sin of adultery. This Psalm exhibits David’s confession and repentance of the sin He committed and reflects his hopeful outlook for the future, as he places his life in the hands of God, and depends fully on God’s grace and lovingkindness.

Bre Bondurant 6/8/22 At Crossroads this past Sunday we started a new sermon series called Q and A. In this series we are taking the questions we solicited from our congregation for the past few weeks, and seeing what God’s word has to say about them. This past weekend’s question was, "What does the Bible say about God’s sovereignty, and where is God in my pain and suffering?" As we pray about this together today, Bre leads us through the 129th Psalm.

Bre Bondurant 6/2/22 As we pray together with Bre through the 2nd Psalm this week, we consider God's power. Bre encourages us to consider how, in Jesus, God used may have looked like weakness to overthrow what looked like power.

Bre Bondurant 5/25/22 In this week’s devotional reading, Bre leads us through the 8th Psalm, as we remember ways that God has revealed Himself to us, and pray that He continues to reveal his love and His presence to us in new ways, so we can get to know him more.

Bre Bondurant 5/18/22 In this week’s devotional reading, Bre leads us through the 121st Psalm, as we pray that God opens our eyes and reveals to us how He is present and working within our lives. This past week at Crossroads we saw that Jesus’ miracles revealed his compassion, proved His identity, and exhibited His power. This taste, or this evidence, that Jesus gave us of the coming of His Kingdom is still on display as God works in our lives today… we must not take it for granted!

Bre Bondurant 5/11/22 This week Bre leads us through the 16th Psalm, as we examine our relationship with God, and the special invitation we have (through Jesus) to participate in His Kingdom.

Bre Bondurant 5/4/22 This week Bre leads us through the 1st Psalm, and we spend some time listening to God as He reveals to us what it means to walk with Jesus.
