Jayson called in to condemn City Council, the Andrew Giuliani called in again today just 3 weeks before the big Primary. Andrew says his message is being well received which is why the recent Zogby poll has him ahead. The show took a nice turn when Boston called in to criticize Glenn's QUAON ways! Good-hearted discussion.

Glenn went to see Paul McCartney with his wife on Saturday at the dome and had to share his experience! It was great again! Then candidate for Sheriff, Gerald DeLosh called in to give Glenn an update to his campaign. Apparently, Maverick, Top Gun 2 is the movie of the year, and owner Jim Leven chimed in to say why!

Friday version of the Live at Five Show started awkwardly and then turned into the 'Gun Show'. Glenn says the gun argument is never going to be decided, because of ignorance and a poor understanding what guns are and who should have access to them. Plus, Glenn talked about the documentary, '2000 Mules'. Glenn says it's geo-fencing is science, thus it's tough to disprove

Republican Candidate for Congress, Mario Fratto called in today to say HE'S the Real Conservative in the race vs. Claudio Tenney. He went on to say, Tenney is no different from his first opponent Congressman Jacobs. Then Jason Traynor called, and Glenn did a quick tribute to former Jeff Co. Sheriff John Burns, who died today.

It's the baseball season, so Glenn had Nate in today from the Watertown Rapids, who have their opener tomorrow night! Good stuff and (4) tickets were given away. Attorney Joe Stanley talked about the terrible police response in Texas and today's Johnny Depp vs Amanda Herd verdict. Also, a good conspiracy report from Donnie, then Lefty chimed in about Jason Traynor's new website with spelling errors.

Congresswoman Claudia Tenney met with Glenn and Jeff today at Shorty's Place (Diner), then did Jeff's Hotline Show at the Noon hour, then called into Glenn's show at 5. A good day to learn more about the Congresswoman and why she says she's a genuine conservative. Glenn took calls after the 25 minute conversation he had with the Congresswoman who will be running in November for the newly aligned district.

Steve Conoway from his Thousand Islands Winery stopped by today to talk about his first big event this Saturday. Steve talked about the history of his winery and its success across 40 US states today. Glenn discussed more about yesterday's shooting in Texas and still can't understand how a crazed 18 year old got an AR-15 so easily, especially when he was ranting online about killing people.

The Texas shooting hit the airwaves just prior to the show. Glenn did his best to keep up with the details but the show went back into its normal cycle about how Biden's plan is exactly what the 'Left' wants. In fact, the Biden said today, $5 gas is a 'good thing'. A caller chimed in at the end feeling frustrated, which Glenn says is exactly what the 'left' wants from conservative Americans.

What a weekend Glenn had. No, he wasn't set on fire, and didn't get struck by lightning, but he did lock his keys in a truck on Saturday night, and it escalated from there. A woman lost her bracelet at the parade on Saturday and Glenn can't understand why Harry Wilson won't tout his GM accomplishment in the primary! Oh, the Lincoln people created a scathing video of Congresswoman Stefanick! Disturbing to say the least!

Harry Wilson, one of four Republican candidates stopped by to talk to Glenn today. Harry explained how he is a fixer and NYS needs to be fixed. He also talked about why his past NYS race in 2010 gave him an edge going forward. Good stuff!
