LIVE: Creator's Diary

These type of episodes you're going to get often.  Why?  Even when I'm not getting a haircut, I like to pass by the shop and just kick it with Popeye aka Juan Andino, III.  Pop is a very charismatic, high energy, in your face type of character.  Love him or hate him, it doesn't matter, because he's going to continue doing him.  The hustle is definitely real.  Check him out at @therealgetfresh on IG.  He also owns the @createabeast and @get_fresh_barber_shop brands.

@mogulstatus shares how he found success in the music business, his new book, and the songwriter he represents.

Joey Craps is an excellent bassist and member of the “Life Metal” band, Ashes of Your Enemy. In part 2 of the Music Lover’s series, I talk with Joey at Modern Times Tattoo Shop in Spotswood, New Jersey. He’s a hustler for real, as you’ll find. We talked about everything from him landing record deals to Joey juggling multiple jobs and Family. All the while, Music is the motivator!

Put a couple of music lovers in a room and they’ll talk for hours, days, maybe even weeks. My friend Ron D. is an excellent drummer and fellow music lover, so shooting the sh*t with him is always a good time. He knows his music and plays practically every week so younger struggling musicians may be able to pick up a few tips. This is part 1 of 2 for the music lovers series.

After I spoke with Smitty about his son Pierce's battle with depression and addiction, I immediately wanted to speak to Pierce's sister Mandii. She had the courage to speak on her brother & addiction.

If you want to meet someone full of inspiration and life, you want to speak to Big Shot of the legendary rap group DMP and The Proz. We touched on many topics from taking care of his niece, the craft of songwriting and being inspired by others
