Hosts Judah Newby and Jake Zivin present the first live Talk Timbers show since pre-pandemic times, with Jake joining the show from preseason in Indio, California where the Timbers are two games into the Coachella Valley Invitational.

They break down the performances against LA Galaxy and Toronto FC, Evander's two goals in as many games, and Saturday's upcoming "dress rehearsal" against New York City FC for the season opener on February 25.

Then, head coach Giovanni Savarese joins live to discuss his thinking behind the games and lineups, followed by midfielder Diego Chara who talks about his mindset and sense of responsibility ahead of his 13th(!) season with the club.
