It has been a rough week! Lets take a moment of reflection together!

The studio is finally setup to take phone calls! So, I had my friend from school (LaReina P) call in so we could talk about her lock-down experience in Oregon and her new podcast Dislodged!

These are the topics you get when parents in there 50's get locked up with their grown kids for too long and decide that a drunk podcast is a good idea:Exploding yoga balls, a broken coccyx, an original 90's non-greatest R&B track, booty-cam and a whole lot more!
