Sometimes the hardest thing to do is walk away from something you deeply want.

Maybe one day I’ll look back at this rainy Friday and wish I could live it again. So before it becomes a memory, I’m going to try to be here for it.

Why do we keep returning to habits we know are hurting us? Like scratching an itch or picking at a wound, a quick relief while quietly making the problem worse.

This a a very slow episode and there’ll be a lot of pauses

Maybe life does not become beautiful after all the flaws disappear. Maybe the flaws become part of its beauty.

Sometimes moving forward means making the bed, cleaning the room, going to the gym, cooking a meal, and showing up again, even when nothing appears to be changing.

When you’re healthy, you want everything. But when you’re sick, you only want one thing.

Sometimes it feels like everyone else has a direction except me.

Life reminds me of a video game. You don’t level up because you never fail. You level up because you keep trying after every failure.

I wouldn’t change a thing, because without those days, I wouldn’t be who I am today.
