Did you know that your body holds onto old energies and they impact who we are? Let me tell you about one of those old memories I was holding onto.

How are you with receiving? I am talking about receiving a compliment, a thank you, or a gift. If you are like me, not very good. I have been working on receiving and let me start with a little story.

Have you ever done anything that pushed you so far out of your comfort zone that you almost didn’t do it? How many times have you not pushed through? Do you wish that you had? I had that kind of an experience and I am glad I pushed through.

It started as an offhanded comment, but turned into a wonderful evening and an appreciation for being grateful.

In the spring of 2021, I received my first invitation to be a keynote speaker. It was a wonderful experience. I learned a lot and know that I still have more to do.
