This investigation got so hot, we’re bringing it to the main feed.
In 1973, two children on the Isle of Wight went for a walk and came back with a story that has never quite gone away.
They said they met something called Sam.
He was nearly seven feet tall. He had a pale face, triangular eyes and strange wooden-looking feet. He spoke through some kind of mechanical voice box. And when they asked his name, he told them:
“All Colours Sam.”
Alien. Ghost. Man in a costume. A childhood story that got wildly out of hand.
More than fifty years later, nobody really knows.
Across three Patreon episodes, James and Murphy go deep on the strange case of the Sandown Clown, pick apart the original account and then watch Uncanny’s investigation to see if anyone can actually make sense of it.
When James’ mum and dad prove to be absolutely no help, Murphy brings in his brother Kristian Murphy, who blows the case wide open and sends Sorta’ Ghostly even deeper into the strange world of All Colours Sam.
Somehow, things only get weirder from there.
