In today’s episode I want to talk about the 5 stages of grief . Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance . Change can often feel like pain and loss it often feels like things are changing for the worst when we want things to change for the better. It often feels like everything is going downhill way before it can start going uphill. We often have this attachment to that same pain . It’s almost addicting like we crave it because it gives us this sense of security in our life because we are scared to change we are scared of having to face the reality that we need to change . You don’t have to be afraid to change , change is good change means that you’re growing and once we accept it we grow, we love, and we learn how to embody our best self.
