liveloveflow's shortcast

It’s a bitter a sweet feeling when you realize how much you’ve changed and the past is something you’ll alwaya cherish but it no longer is what you need. Time does heal. We grow, we live, we learn, we flow and we do find Love again. #knowyourworth #happiness #seasonschange #becomingmore #findinglove #beinove

Sometimes the best things you can do os walk away. Protect your peace. Stay grounded. Be love.#staytrue #knowyourworth #breathe

The hardest part, and the best part, about this journey, is forgiving myself for all the “wrong” choice I made. I was ashamed, and feared being judged, criticized, or disliked. In the end, I realized that it was a lesson I needed to learn, and we all have a story. #knowyourworth #loveyourself #wereallonajourney #differentpaths #growthmindset #breathe

I can’t remember how or why I use to feel so much pressure and anxiety about what people thought of me. I know that it was embedded in me as a child, but as an adult I had to learn how to break free from needing to feel valuable, validated and loved by others. I now know that not everyone I meet is going to be my friend, be honest, or return my love, but thats OK. Never again will I be afraid or concerned with losing someone if it means losing myself. #loveyourself #setyourselffewe #wereallonajourney #differentpaths

Every seed needs time to grow, its all part of gestation. And like a flower that blooms, there was once a time it had to break through the grit and dirt to finally blossom and feel the light. Keep watering your garden my love! Keep going, keep growing! #growthmindset #yourebeautiful #flowers #flowmindset #breathe #itsalreadyyours

I’m so proud of you! You’re doing everything you said you would do. I know it’s not always easy, but you hold your head up high, you always offer support to others and so so full of love and light! #keepshinning💫 #yourebeautiful #trusttheprocess

The universe is always speaking to us. When we embrace the silence and stay in the present moment, we can hear the answers we seek. Listen with an open heart. With Love❤️ #staypresent #silenceisgolden #listen #healinghourney
