In October of 2019 the Muscle Beach Fall Classic in Edmonton Alberta, Ashely placed second in the open and masters women’s physique provincial competition.

We also agree that it is imperative to your growth and evolution as a human being. The key to success is in your relationships especially the one you have with yourself.

In our world wouldn’t it be a great new start to start with ourselves first and see where we might just need to admit some things, apologize and move forward?

It’s actually easier then you think if you are prepared. The reason you are scared is that you aren’t prepared. You will never ever really feel ready to do it but when you’ve got these tips you will be confident in setting up your Zoom date and you will feel reassured in yourself afterwards to make the right decision for you. First get your questions written down. Secondly check him out physically in every single way you can. What he wears, tone of his voice, body language and see what you like or if anything turns you off. Is he asking you questions? Is he genuinely into you? Take note of what he asks. Lastly ask your questions and listen for the answers. Is he being straight up or dodging the answers? Take some time afterwards to write out all of your answers to these things. If anything at all is turning you off then the answer is a NO. You don’t have to try and figure it out. If nothing is turning you off then set up another zoom. Do the same process the second time. You’ve got these tools and remember if you just don’t like being on the zoom you can kindly leave and if you can’t it’s ok to just log off and block their email. It really is ok to do that. Time to sit down and have the talk about the elephant in the room. Is this a problem for you? Is your spouse helping you around the house? Helping with the kids? Looking for a job? Or doing nothing and putting on weight, using substances? Are they being a victim and putting you down? Only you know where you are at? Have the talk and offer help. Put a date on when a job is expected. See if any action is taking place and give it some time . If no action is happening then perhaps it’s time that you took action? Do you need to get out?

If you want any sex but most importantly great sex in your relationship you’ll have to consider these three things. 1. What do you need to change about yourself? 2. What does your partner need to change and are they open to your requests? It goes both ways? 3. How about what needs to change in your surroundings? Your ambiance? Your attitude? Your home? Let’s spice up your life once and for all.
