Following abuse proceeds a journey far tougher than the abuse itself. It was a journey of spiritual searching, materialistic yearning, extreme religious involvement and eventually, balance. 

This final episode details that journey through Buddhism, Judaism and Secularism.

After joining the army at the age of 16 to steer clear from a path of drugs and crime, Dean describes his tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, alongside the task force that significantly impacted ISIS.

The struggle to transition back to civilian life built up to depression and suicide attempts. 

Once diagnosed with bipolar, Dean describes learning to live with it and fighting through psychotic episodes.

Labeled in the media as "Britains first selfie addict", Danny launched Male VoicED in the House of Lords, a charity that helps men with eating disorders.

Aspiring to achieve the perfect figure, Danny formed a zero calorie intake diet by purging his food, which was just an apple and a bowl of couscous. 

Whilst suffering at the hands of cyber bullies and a deteriorating mental health, Danny became incredibly anxious about his appearance and didn't leave the house for 6 months.

Luke is a transgender person. He transitioned from female to male at the age of 18.

Part 1 follows Luke's journey prior to his transition. We discuss bullying, struggles with depression and gender expectations/stereotypes. This includes the toil of 'fitting in' with societal norms.
