Matt Laker and I discuss some of our experiences of loneliness being a solo entrepreneur / digital nomad / traveler / freelancer.

Clarification: Let's clarify, of course we're not trying to 'complain' about feeling a bit lonely here and there -- and of course this title is clickbait ----- we are living our DREAM jobs. But no situation is ever perfect of course.

BUT, some people have resonated with topic and asked about it, so we are just sharing our thoughts around it... Would I trade a bit of loneliness for going back to a corporate job? Hell no, obviously.

As in everything in life, there are pros and cons. We just have to decide what we want MOST, and go for that. Of course there will be sacrifices we have to make to get it! Nothing great comes without some sacrifice!

Mindhacking, lifehacking, mindset hacking, whatever you wanna call it, every entrepreneur knows mindset is important. "It's all about List-Building!"

If you don't know where to start, start a Facebook group. Tali got started without knowing anything about internet marketing - with a blog and a Facebook group, then a podcast.

Take something that you like to talk about, and create a Facebook group around that. Then create a blog and maybe record a podcast or some YouTube videos.

It's gunna suck at first, but you will learn as you go. That's half the point of it. It will get you into the blogosphere and slowly you will learn what others are doing and what's possible, and that it's not rocket science.

Show your facebook group your landing page where they can sign up for your email list. Pay attention to what people are asking and offer as much free value as possible.

Then as time goes on you can offer some premium content and do a value-exchange for it (aka charging for it). Such as an e-book or online course. Or even a private mastermind group call.

Rarely does someone's first business end up being a huge success, but you have to start somewhere.

Just start.. hope you got the point;)

Sean Ogle of Location Rebel is an OG digital nomad blogger. I remember discovering his blog back in 2013 when my dream started. He's traveled all over the world and created multiple online businesses.

In this interview, he shares his top suggestion for how new entrepreneurs can get into the online game / remote working / digital nomad hustle in 2018.

I met Thiru at the first annual Dropship Lifestyle Retreat in Chiang Mai October 2014 (Class of 2014 WOOT! Lol that is so funny to say) .. At the time he scrounged to get a week off his job just to make it out to the week-long conference about everything online biz, and upon going back go London he said y'all wait for me, I'LL BE BACK. ^^. And here we are, back in Chiang Mai.

He's since travelled around India and the Philippines, worked in Australia, and is launching his first Amazon FBA private label product.
