Living A Life With Depression

So this episode was the hardest to record and I deleted it several times. This is a real look into my life that I thought I would share a lot later. But it's a little repetitive but, for a real reason. You may have someone that you love or care for that you would never think they could get sick. Sadly the numbers of people with depression are higher. As I discuss that late night call may be worth picking up just to listen to a friend.

So I've opened up to someone that I thought I could trust. My boss so that never ended well so how do you think it feels, telling that person you love or great friends the fear is real. With depression its easier to hide how we are felling. And just hide it, and all seems normal when we can.

In this episode it's about the signs and maybe the things we see and don't say anything about. And why we don't or can't say anything. It's all about not wanting to say anything because we don't understand what is really going on.

Its not just me that has issues you make new friends each and every day but do you really know their stories. Even with family you may never know their not willing to share. But if and when they do we need to make sure we are always ready, first to listen. And not judge just support and continue to support the people we love, friends or family.

This episode is about getting to the stage of looking for help or having help and not wanting it. And why we push it away before we can believe it's worth moving on.

In this episode it's just a real story of what happens as things start to fall apart. But you will come to see that help is always around you even when you can't see it.

Its so easy to hide from or with depression with friends or family but they need to understand the signs. As we can all keep secrets as we can all miss a call or not respond to a text. Yep this was hard but true to record just go and see them face to face.

For me I truly want to help people understand so they can support that person they love as a partner friend or just another person they care about.
