This is my special episode and one I wanted to record from before I started the podcast. Depsite not having anyone in my family associated, I have loved horses from a very young age. From donkey rides in Blackpool, to watching horse racing on tv with my dad to visiting horse sanctuaries, sponsoring horses as a student and doing a horse experiences. So it was literally a dream come true 6 years ago when I was able to own a horse and learn more about being an owner as well as a rider.
I am joined by a lovely person Sarah Williamson, through us both being on the same coaching programme and very much enjoyed listening to her years of experience with horses and now as she steps into her new chapter as a coach for horse owners and riders. For all you equestrians out there - saddle up and look forward to a great ride!

This episode is all about Narrative Identity - this is all about the stories we tell ourselves as well as how our past, present and future can have an impact on our own identities. The stories we tell ourselves are based on the experiences we have, the self-awareness of the current world around us and what our imagined future will be. Narrative Identity can have a fascinating impact on our mental health and I loo froward to sharing more about it.

This episode is all about Digital Identity - I wanted to share what it was like for me personally growing up not having the internet or even a mobile telephone to the situation we find ourselves in today. With data being available online in multiple formats including social media, virtual communities and the information stored about us as people and our lives, it can be easy to forget how our online presence can have a large impact on our overall identity.

Today's episode is a little different, I had originallyplanned to record and publish an episode on another aspect of our identity, however, life has not gone to plan. Given I talk about living authenticially, I wanted to publish a mini episode just touching on my role as a long distance caregiver. It is deliberate that I do not go into a lot of detail as things are happening in real time, however, I know I will want to revisit this important topic at a later date.
