This is really about shifting our choices from being driven and motivated by external pressures and expectations to acting from a place of internal character and integrity. 


Because let’s get real-crazy restrictive diets, yo yo dieting and extreme workouts are very likely not in alignment with your values.


And when you learn how to take action around food and your body from your core values, you will find your happiest and best weight for life.
