Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds is an amazing seed company. They have a great website catalog, but they also have a free catalog you can get in the mail and a paid full catalog I have ordered the free one to share with people at work because the pictures are absolutely beautiful and last year I bought the full catalog and I leave it out on my end table in the living room. rareseeds.com.

I liked that it had a built in timer (6, 9, and 12 hours) so I could automate the lights turning on. I also loved that it was on a clip so in my closets with the white metal shelves that would be a pain to adjust I could clip it on and easily bend the lights to whatever height I needed. This was also a great price point for me just starting with seeds. I do still use these grow lights if I am starting a smaller batch of seeds. I have upgraded to the ones below.
