The church of Acts 2 was a diverse group of men and women from different places and walks of life. What united them was their devotion to God and each other. This unity enabled God to work through them to change the world.
The Bible gives remarkable accounts of God's presence coming in power to rest on mountains and fill temples. Today God's presence is not just in a place, it's in a people.

How do you live life well? Live a life of love. On the last day, each person will give an answer to the question "did I love?" How we love today makes all the difference in the end.

The resurrection not only gives us hope for the future, it fuels us to live a fearless and selfless life of faith now.

We know the story of the cross and empty tomb, but there is more than just the historical details of Resurrection Sunday. Revelation unfolds a picture of what happened in the universe at the death and resurrection of Jesus. Jesus has overcome and is the worthy to receive honor from heaven and earth.
Palm Sunday was filled with shouts of praise and "Hosanna's" in Jesus' direction and just days later, the same crowd, in the same city, are screaming "crucify him!". This dramatic change reveals the sad and true condition of the human heart and points us to our need for the very Savior in the center of this story.
This message was preached by Pastor Victor Gluckin at Living Faith Christian Church in Warwick, Rhode Island.
