About Me: Hie I am Ashish Vidyarthi.  As an Indian film actor, I have worked in over 200 films across 12 languages (Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, English, Marathi, Odia/Oriya, Assamese and Bhojpuri cinema)  to name a few: Govind Nihalani’s celebrated crime drama, Drohkaal (1994); Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin (1996), Ziddi (1997), Dhill (2001, Tamil), Bichhoo (2000), C.I.D. Moosa (2003, Malayalam), Ghilli ( 2004, Tamil), Pokiri (2006, Telugu), Kanthaswamy (2009, Tamil), Barfi (2012), Minugurulu (2013, Telugu), Haider (2014), Teenkahon (2014, Bengali), and many more.  I am also a traveller and a motivational speaker.  Since then, I have been on a journey of self-exploration. What are we Sourcing our day from?  Namaskar... We spend more days working than vacationing ... When working, over a period of time, monotony sets in.. And everything around is Mundane... We find ourselves more often than not surrounded by the mundane, be it at work or at home... Let's face it.. Mundane isn't anything that we look forward to. And therefore the day becomes a chore and a load one has to bear, just to fulfil our responsibility. I am no different. But i have discovered Something interesting ... when I see the magic in the mundane... that same "regular", "tough day" transforms... And then I find myself SOURCING MYSELF FROM THAT MAGICAL... Comparison is a tricky habit when it comes to self-improvement. Learning from others doing better helps you keep your goals straight. However, making impossible goals by comparing amateur abilities to expert ones is foolish and self-harming. My son has fortunately learnt it early on in life and here he is, sharing his virtues about comparison stress before returning to The United States for education. Let's hear him out.

Teenage brings out the rebels in every person. One becomes excessively emotional and judgemental at this delicate a time period. Parents suddenly feel that they have lost their grip over children's decisions and start to order their children, which worsens matters. How about letting teenagers have a taste of their liberty!
