You can develop the real and vibrant connection with God that you may have begun to doubt is possible. The change begins with the right intent expressed in action.

Why The Nativity? - Part 4: Why Call Him Savior?

How do you describe the greatness of the Lord Jesus? Jesus is the name of the Lord's personality, and Immanuel is the name of His proximity to us. But Savior! Oh that name! That is the name of the Lord's earthly mission. "Then the angel said to them, ' Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord'" Luke 2:10-11

Speaker - Pastor Mona Stephen

This child had been set apart from any other that had ever been born in the history of the world. But why? The angle Gabriel had spoken directly to her, and her heart confirmed that what he said was true. This child that she held was indeed the Son of God. And yet, Mary must have had many questions as well, such as, "Why did Jesus become a man?" the Bible provides five answers to this vital question.
