Do you ever think about the things you wished you’d done in your life but didn’t? In this week’s episode, that’s what I’m pondering…regret. One of the things I’ve come to know over the course of my life is that tomorrow is not promised and things can change on the drop of a dime. As a result, I have embarked on a path of creating a “No Regerts” kind of life. You might think that’s a typo…it’s not. It’s from a Milky Way commercial from back in the day. You can watch it here if you’re interested: No Regerts
My thoughts on regret were prompted by a video that my mom sent out the other day. Watch it here: Video from Mom (Seven Life Lessons) and a book I read some years back by Bronnie Ware (Regrets of the Dying). These nudges were the catalyst for my reflections on my life and how I want to live going forward.
I also share a story I heard from Simon Sinek on The Importance of Taking Breaks .
Hopefully, this conversation will inspire you to create a “No Regerts” life, too!
