That experience became a powerful reminder that without our health, our ability to live fully and fulfill our purpose is greatly impacted.

Scripture teaches that our bodies are the temple of God’s Spirit, and honoring that temple means making choices that support our well-being—eating well, exercising, resting, and letting go of unhealthy habits.
